Cancellation & Refund Policy

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
Failure to Cancel: If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your payment method will be charged for the next billing cycle.

Non-Refundable: All subscription purchases are non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods; we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or features.
Cancellation: Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
Immediate Termination: If you delete your account or your account is suspended due to violation of any terms, all active subscriptions will terminate immediately, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
Billing Issues: In case of billing errors or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact our support team at support@abscribe.ai to request an evaluation of your case. Decisions regarding refunds are made at our sole discretion.
